I believe in giving.
“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give,” Winston Churchill
Thank you for helping put food on our family’s dinner table. I appreciate you for giving your business to us. You could have chosen anyone and yet you chose me. As a token of my gratitude, I would like to give to you something that you can enjoy. What better way to spend some relaxing time than reading about your favourite subject of interest. Please a magazine that you would like to read. To view the selection of magazines, please visit (and choose a subscription that you like and let me know):
Enjoy reading all year round as our gift.
Alternatively, you could request us to donate the money to a charity of your choice or we can donate it to Kiva.org on your behalf.
I believe in being a global citizen and making a difference.
In Vancouver, Canada a loan between $250,000 to $1,000,000 dollars allows a family to enjoy a home and have pride of ownership.
… This is called a mortgage.
In Africa, Asia, South America and Mexico, a loan of $250 to $1,000 dollars allows a family to enjoy shelter, food, water, education, health and pride of being able to support their family.
… This is called Microfinancing.
Even more, a loan of $2,500 dollars can enable a family to build a house and give them a start to a better life.
Our purpose is to help poor families find their treasure: shelter and income to support themselves.
I want to do this not by raising money directly but by seeking the help of people with time, willingness to learn and a genuine desire to help one family at a time. One person with desire has more potential than thousands of dollars and the ability to help hundreds of families.
“Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” Chinese Proverb.
For each mortgage that I help finance, I will donate a portion of my compensation to Kiva.org as a forgive-able loan.

If you can’t give money, give the gift of life!
For those who don’t have time or money or just do not believe in giving money, do what I do. Give the most valuable thing that we can give but it may be the MOST precious gift that anyone can receive. Consider becoming a blood donor. Who knows, the blood that you donate may be the one thing that might save someone you love one day.
Although our blood is renewable and we always produce more, there is only a small percentage of our country that donates blood. Unfortunately not everyone can donate. Find out if you are eligible by going to the Canadian Blood Services website below:
- Join me and give the gift of life. It may save someone you love one day!
I support the Canadian Blood Services and would like to invite you to join the rank. We can donate every 5 to 6 weeks and know that it will save someone’s life.
